Affordable House in Los Angeles

If you are looking for a highly affordable house in Los Angeles on the West End, I have a feeling the owner of the house in this picture would be willing to give you a great price.  And one of the real cool things about it is the view.  You never have to leave home to go watch the airplanes landing up close and personal.
