Miss Kitty Fairlane at the Famous Brown Derby Restaurant
Miss Kitty Fairlane takes a break from auditions to take you on a trip down memory lane to the old Brown Derby Restaurant… or what’s left of it anyway.
The Original Brown Derby Restaurant was once the top place in Los Angeles to go star gazing. The walls of the cafe were covered with caricatures of the famous guests that ate there. It was also the location used to film the first episode of the I Love Lucy show in Los Angeles. The episode was entitled LA at Last.
We’ll let Miss Kitty tell you about the Brown Derby Restaurant in her own special way. You can read more about the Brown Derby Restaurant here.
What remains of the Brown Derby Restaurant can be seen tucked away toward the back of the third level of the Brown Derby Plaza. 3427 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles.
