Roswell New Mexico Comes to Sunset Strip
Perhaps you noticed. A spaceship or UFO has crashed on Sunset Strip and the barricades and police tape all say Roswell New Mexico on them. Aliens have come to West Hollywood and you can have your picture taken with them.
What this is all about is the old show, Roswell which ran from 1999 – 2002 is being launched as a new series, Roswell, New Mexico. But the alien spaceship missed Roswell by a couple of states and crashed on Sunset Blvd in WeHo January 4th. The wreckage will remain there until January 23.
The Roswell exhibit is in West Hollywood to allow fans experience the world of The CW’s new series “Roswell, New Mexico.” Fans can have their very own interactive encounter with an alien spaceship, UFOs and other one-of-a-kind photo experiences with elements from the show’s sets.
The best part about it is it’s free. You can get tickets here to ensure you can get it or walk up and hope they have room. When we went it wasn’t difficult to get in, but the exhibit had just gone up.
Be sure to bring your camera. This exhibit is all about photos. Unfortunately while the elements from the series are there, you will have to bring your own aliens if you want to pose with one in your picture!
The exhibit is located on Sunset Blvd at Horn Ave, near Whisky A Go Go and the Viper Room. It’s open from 12PM – 8PM daily. Note that the exhibit will be closed on January 10th.
The Roswell series premiers on CW on January 15th. See the Roswell New Mexico trailer here.
