Saatchi Art – Gallery Shows in Santa Monica

One of my favorite parts of the LA art scene are the art gallery openings to go to are the shows at Saatchi Art, located at 1655 26th Street, Santa Monica.

Saatchi Gallery is well known in the art world to say the least.  A branch of it is Saatchi Art which is by far the best of the online art sources.  Saatchi Art not only makes available blue chip art, it promotes its artists and brings their art to the world in monthly art shows in their Santa Monica Gallery.

These shows are well curated and always pack a full house.  This is not a “drop in” gallery.  It is open for shows and by appointment only all other times.  You can find out when the next gallery show is here.  And if you are a visitor to Los Angeles when there is no opening going on, Bergamot Station about 2 blocks away houses several art galleries and has easy free parking.  I will be doing a post on Bergamot Station soon.
